Builder Warranty Inspections
Are you saying my new house is broken? : Most newly constructed homes come with a warranty from the builder. This usually covers items related to workmanship and materials for 1 year depending on the warranty. As a home begins to age there are various conditions that can develop within the different systems. This is also common during the first year of a newly constructed home as changes begin to take place such as when the home begins to settle and wood materials continue to dry and shrink.
How is it beneficial? Jeankarel started working in the construction field as a teenager where he began his journey through various trades.
He later continued in his training and education into the field of Home Inspection through the Inspector training provided by the Champions School of Real Estate located in Plano TX.
There he developed a trained eye through the extensive courses and proceeded to pass the rigorous state and National Exams.
He continues to improve in his knowledge and training to provide his clients with the best possible inspection that he can provide.
Aside from inspecting and construction, Jeankarel strives to give spiritual things priority in his life and enjoys spending his time sharing in his ministry as well as assisting in other forms of voluntary service
In his free time he also enjoys such hobbies as music, sports, mechanics, and the outdoors.
